Cruz to Fight HIV with help of Hubby

Spanish movie couple Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem has come together alongwith U2 member Bono and Orlando Bloom for a new campaign to raise awareness about HIV medications in Africa.

The Lazarus Effect Campaign has the stars show off silly items that can be bought for 40 cents, the daily price of pills that can help HIV patients stay alive. In the campaign ad, Bono shows offa novelty hat, Cruz some bubbel gum, Bardem shows lipstick and Bloom a balloon dog.

Jane Lynch offers helium from a balloon, actress Julia Loius-Dreyfus a fake mosutache.

A serious Bono ends the clip by stating, "Two pills a day is what it takes to stay alive if you're HIV positive. These pills cost about 40 cents a day."
